xoxoxo.club was born out of a love for color, nostalgia, and the kind of jewelry that makes you smile the second you put it on.
we're a small, LA-based jewelry brand bringing back that early-2000s, sun-soaked, best-friend-bracelet energy — grown up, just a little sparklier.
every piece is made and hand-finished right here in the LA fashion district. we're a little obsessed with the details — the exact shade of pink, the weight of a charm, the way a necklace catches the light — because jewelry should feel as good as it looks.
we make charms, necklaces, and everyday pieces for anyone who never really let go of their Y2K era — the girl who still believes matching jewelry with your bestie is a love language, and that a little sparkle

if something's not quite right, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit (never expires) for unworn, non-personalized items sent back within 30 days of your delivery date.
upon receipt, you can request a refund, exchange or ship it back for store credit.
returned items must be unworn, in original packaging, and sent back within the 30-day window — we're unable to accept returns after that.
earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

we fulfill and ship every order from our la studio within 2–5 business days of ordering. once an order's placed, we can't guarantee cancellations — but you're always welcome to exchange or return for store credit once it arrives.

domestic (u.s.): free shipping on orders over $75, plus various ground and expedited usps/ups options a checkout. once a package shows as "delivered," we're unfortunately not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

every xoxoxo.club piece starts right here in the la fashion district — we create and hand-finish each charm, chain, and stone.
some pieces are made in small batches, which is why quality (and a little sparkle) always comes first. it also means drops are limited — once a design sells out, it might not come back the same way twice.
